Y4J is a community outreach program we run throughout the school year for young people from age 6 through teens. We spend an hour and a half every other Wednesday having fun with them in the gym, sharing a bible lesson in the classroom and giving them a small meal. For those who cannot make it to help out with the activities, they can still be a part of this by contributing food for the meals.
Wednesday Prayer Team The prayer meetings that were formerly held in the church every other Wednesday during the Y4J Ministry are now being held at the homes of various shut-ins. It can be difficult or nearly impossible for some of the elderly to make it to church regularly, so we would like to be a blessing to them by bringing church to their home, and brightening their day by visiting with them.
Nursing Home Services
A small group from our church ministers to the residents of a local nursing home Sunday Mornings at 10:00 and Thursday Afternoons at 2:30.
Zanesville Bible Methodist Church
is a proud partner of Z.C.O.R.P.
Along with the Carey Street Mission, we are taking church to the streets of Zanesville.
This is a monthly event that is held throughout the summer. The next event will be an auction in the Spring; we will post the date once it has been established.
